PM Narendra Modi has been a busy man these days, conducting election rallies in the Assembly poll-bound states of Maharashtra and Haryana. While Modi has touched on a variety of issues during his speeches and targeted the Opposition in both states, Twitter users are not all pleased with the Prime Minister.
On Tuesday, as Modi addressed rallies in Dhule and Jalgaon districts of Maharashtra, #FekuFlops became the top trend on Twitter in India. Let's start with a funny tweet laced with meaning:
Modi gets wrong intelligence report. Needs 2 b told War like conditions not in Maha/Haryana rather at Indo-Pakistan border. #FekuFlops
— Narendra Pandey (@ProfNKPandey) October 7, 2014
The same thing, said more seriously:
Worst attack on Indian civilians by Pakistan since 11 years. And Indian Prime Minister choses to ignore it. Stays in MMS mode. #FekuFlops
— The Indian Next Door (@bharat_builder) October 7, 2014
Here's an allegation-heavy tweet with an obvious conclusion:
Is BJP proud of their candidates in Maharashtra?? #FekuFlops pic.twitter.com/rUT8DqImQ2

As the PM conducts rallies, Pakistan shells the LoC. That is the common sentiment:
Hope #PM gives a roaring reply to Pak for the unruly behavior. Else #FekuFlops proving all allegations by left and #AAP right!!
— Rupal Der (@RupalDer) October 7, 2014
Dharmesh Dixit brings up some memories:
Before elections BJP was roaring that if Pakistan will throw even a stone they will throw atom bomb . #FekuFlops

Wasim Ansari calls out Modi on what he perceives is hypocrisy:
3700 farmers, Modi ji mentioned this number more times than he wanted to. Did he forget abt suicides in Guj and Chhatisgarh? #FekuFlops

Mehran is a funny man:
NaMo Bakhts trending #Kejrilies, Aapians trending #FekuFlops.Meanwhile RaGa is busy shouting Vadra.India, indeed has bright future!
— MEHRAN (@HYEMEEM) October 7, 2014
Dharmesh takes a jibe at the PM:
We don't want bullet trains but we only want that no bullets enter in our country from LOC #FekuFlops
— Dharmesh (@dharmeshjhaveri) October 7, 2014
Another point raised against the PM:
Dear friends but where is Baba Ramdev and his black money #FekuFlops
— NIKHIL KAMBLE (@nikhilkamble_) October 7, 2014
Sticking to the script, Khushwant links the Pakistani shelling on LoC to Modi's speeches:
Will Modi speak about killings at LOC ? He did so in each rally during LS Elections. Hypocricy! #FekuFlops
— KHUSHWANT SINGH (@Singhkhushwant1) October 7, 2014
And someone's really enjoying it all:
It's good to know that all the world isn't blind yet. #FekuFlops just for the thrill of it :)

A few days ago, #JhootheDin was a top trend on Twitter even as the PM was conducting election rallies. It seems that most of the anger this time stems from the fact that Modi is busy with election campaigns even as Pakistan shells the Line of Control worse than it has ever done in ten years.
Some people have probably begun to feel that the Modi government is simply not living up to the expectations they created through a high-profile Lok Sabha election campaign. The results of the upcoming Assembly elections though might provide a more accurate picture of the situation.
