Be Ready For PAK: Consensus is need of the hour

India’s diplomatic campaign [over Art 370 revocation] has undoubtedly been appreciable and placed Pak on the back foot. But statements not thought through by political leaders are always open for exploitation by Pakistan.

Globally, India’s position has emerged strong but it’s an ongoing battle. The UN General Assembly is to convene shortly where Pak will attempt to target India. The need of the hour is political consensus, which can only be achieved if ruling and oppn parties agree on a broad strategy to take forward a momentous post-Independence decision.
