The police team probing the mysterious death of Neha Shrama, a nanotechnology researcher whose body was found in the laboratory in Agra on March 16, is in Delhi in connection with the probe.
The team was dispatched late last night, the police said, without giving any further detail.
Earlier on Sunday, a laptop was recovered from the bushes near the laboratory where the girl's body was found, police said, without briefing about the information retrieved from it.
23-year-old Neha was found dead under mysterious circumstances in her laboratory at a private university here.
The girl's body bearing multiple knife marks was found laying in a pool of blood, with her hands tied behind her back.
The incident had sparked protests by the college students, forcing the police to resort to baton charge.
The students of the college, where Neha was enrolled for her Ph.D, took out a candle light march in the city today, demanding justice for the victim.
Meanwhile, the girl's family members today met Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav, who was here to attend a function, and sought justice for their daughter.
The chief minister assured them that the culprits will be brought before the law soon.
