Former MP Waseem Ahmed on Wednesday said the Pakistan Army attack on soldiers in Indian territory was meant to jeopardise the improvements made in the relationship between both the countries.
Commenting on yesterday's attack, he said Pakistan Army and ISI cannot tolerate the increasing bonhomie between people of both the countries and that had resulted in the attack.
The cricket series and other measures taken to improve relations were not appreciated by the army and ISI, he said.
