The last day of campaigning will see a face-off between Gandhi scion Rahul Gandhi and former DyPM LK Advani. The general secretary of Congress is slated to address public meetings at Jamnagar, Amreli and Sanand on Tuesday, the last day of campaigning. This is the first time Gandhi is campaigning for the 2012 Gujarat elections. Rahul’s Sanand meeting is slated for 2pm at Prem Akriti Ground.
Senior BJP leader LK Advani is also slated to address a public meeting at Sanand on Tuesday. The venue of the meet is Sanand-Nal Sarovar teen rasta, which is just a km away from the venue of the Congress leader’s public meeting. Interestingly, Advani’s election rally is also slated for 2pm.
Rahul Gandhi said, "You have all come from far and wide and I thank you for coming here. Jai Hind."
Rahul said when he thinks about politics he thinks about Gandhiji and feels the power of Gandhi is with him.
