Former Haryana Minister Gopal Kanda's brother on Friday said that he is on his way to surrender.
His brother Govind Kanda was detained in a Delhi police station.
Lawyer said that Kanda was innocent and will be at the poilce station anytime.
The Delhi police is currently standing outside the Ashok Vihar police station to arrest him before he surrenders.
Kanda's supporters have been protesting outside the police station.
Kanda was booked for abetting Geetika's suicide and has been absconding from 11 days.
