Celebrities often take to social media to share glimpses of their everyday life. Whether it is getting glammed up for an event or spending quality time with their kids, they often post images and captions on their accounts. As a result, they often have to deal with trolls. While many prefer to ignore the haters and continue posting, some tend to fire back defending themselves, especially when it’s concerning their children. Here are some mothers who gave it back...

Chrissy Teigen

The mother-of-two recently posted a picture on her Instagram account of her breastfeeding son Miles. Chrissy also pretend fed her older daughter Luna’s doll, joking that she had twins. When one Twitter user commented “Menstruating, childbirth and sex are natural but that doesn’t mean I want to see pics of it and/or celebrities like @chrissyteigen taking a bath or nursing,” she hit back. “I don’t care to see grainy fireworks, Coachella selfies or infinity pool pics but I let people live. Calm your t*ts and scroll on by,” she replied.

Khloé Kardashian

The reality TV star who welcomed daughter True with boyfriend Tristan Thompson three months ago, unleashed her protective side when someone on Twitter commented on her baby. A person tweeted, “‘Is it just me or is @khloekardashian baby, True, not cute at all?” Khloe retorted, “What self-respecting adult would even comment on a child’s appearance? What type of disgusting human being are you? It’s pathetic that you are this miserable in your life.”

Kourtney Kardashian

While on vacation in Portofino, Italy, last week, Kourtney posted a snap of herself in a bikini. An Instagram user commented on her post asking where her kids were, implying that she wasn’t spending enough time with them. The fierce mother-of-three quickly replied, “My son was taking the photo, and the other two were sitting at a table across from me. Thank you so much for your concern.”

Jessica Simpson

Last month, Jessica shared a video on Instagram of her husband, Eric Johnson, and their son, Ace, while on vacation. Her son had a broken arm tied in a cast and in the clip, her husband threw him in the air before letting him land in the pool. Many trolls lashed out at the star asking,“Is that how he broke it to begin with?” and “He’s throwing his child like he’s throwing a ball or an object.” She later said about the comments, “If they had a husband like mine, they would feel comfortable.”

Julia Stiles

The actress had shared a picture of herself with son Strummer in a baby carrier on Instagram. Julia soon found comments from other social media users accusing her of not holding her five-week-old son correctly. She replied, “It was brought to my attention that in the previous photo I am not holding my baby correctly. Wow, I didn’t expect that. What was supposed to be a shout out of products I like, suddenly becomes an invitation to comment on my baby, and my ability as a mother...”

Hilary Duff

Last year, Hilary’s parenting skills were questioned when she posted an image of her kissing her four-year-old son Luca on the lips. Many social media users commented on how inappropriate it is. “For anyone commenting that a kiss on the lips with my four-year-old is ‘inappropriate’ go ahead and click a quick unfollow with your warped minds and judgment,” she posted.
