It was in 2016 when the world saw Gal Gadot as Diana Prince/Wonder Woman in Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice. Since then, there was no turning back for her. The very next year Gal reprised her role in the films Wonder Woman and Justice League which are a part of DC Extended Universe. In 2020, the actor was seen in Wonder Woman 1984 playing the titular role. Now ahead of the streaming of Zack Snyder's Justice League, Gal took a trip down memory lane.

On Tuesday, the Israeli actor took to her Instagram page and shared a throwback photo looking sexy as ever in a black outfit. Gal revealed that the photo is clicked by Zack and wrote, "This photo was taken by Zack Snyder on the day I did the camera test for Batman vs Superman with Ben. I came to LA for 30 hours while shooting a movie in Tel Aviv. But I wanted the role of Wonder Woman so much that it was worth the trip. I’ll forever be grateful to Zack for casting me and believing that I could bring Diana to life."

Gal further shared her emotions by stating, "I had no idea what the future would hold back when this picture was taken - seeing it makes me very nostalgic. It's also proof that everything happens for a reason. I was on the verge of giving up acting... and then this happened."
