Star Wars fans have expressed their love for the latest movie, The Last Jedi, with some even drawing parallels to the original trilogy, saying that it’s the best movie after The Empire Strikes Back.

Fans of the George Lucas-created space opera have always dreamt of having a cameo in the universe, even if they don’t get a huge role. Daniel Craig managed to get a cameo as a stormtrooper in Star Wars Episode VII: The Force Awakens, as he was shooting the James Bond flick Skyfall in the same studio.

However, in the latest movie, a cameo by both Prince William and Prince Harry as stormtroopers has had the internet gushing.

According to RadioTimes.com, the rumours of the royal duo having a cameo are true. Both William and Harry appear as stormtroopers in the scene when Finn (John Boyega) and new characters Rose and DJ (Kelly Marie Tran and Benicio del Toro) are captured. Apparently the clue is their height, so if you spot a couple of particularly tall stormtroopers you know it’s them.

However, they have been cut out of the final film due to editing, as Boyega told Daily Mirror in a recent interview.

Both Prince William and Harry were seen at the premier of the movie and fictional droid BB8 even bowed down to them.
