On Thursday, Canadian pop star Justin Bieber shared a selfie on his verified Instagram handle in which he can be seen sporting a green hoodie and a Santa cap. In his post, Bieber spoke about how he is going to get himself two things for Christmas this year 'gratitude' and 'hopefulness'.

Sharing how it could be best if we all changed our mindsets from expecting the worst to expecting the best, Bieber, who is seen standing in front of a well-decorated Christmas tree wrote in the caption, "This life is a rollercoaster. All of the ups and downs can seem to leave us unsettled. Often times because bad things have happened in our lives we live with an expectation that things are just gonna go sour on us. What if we switched our mindset from expecting the worst to expecting the best. What if this holiday and year we decide to look for the wonder that is all around us. Say things like "man it sucks this happened but at least i have ______. Gratitude and hopefulness are two things I’m going to get myself for Christmas (sic)."
