A Star Is Born is already generating Golden Globes and Oscars buzz even before its release, has conquered the film festivals it has been part of and since Lady Gaga dropped the first song from the soundtrack, the album became a strong contender for music award shows as well.
Lady Gaga unleashed the first song from the movie on Thursday. It's a duet with Bradley Cooper and the track is titled 'Shallow.' We have seen snippets of the song in the trailer when Bradley Cooper brings Gaga up on stage and the songstress just unleashes the spectacular beast that is her unique voice.
Both Cooper and Gaga have worked on most of the music and majority of the soundtrack is original. Shallow is a collective effort of Mark Ronson, Andrew Wyatt, Anthony Rossomando, and Lady Gaga herself. The song is co-produced by Benjamin Rice.
