Check out Sandra Bullock & Co plot heist in first 'Ocean's 8' trailer

In the trailer for Ocean's 8, Sandra Bullock's all women team is ready to go on a heist to rob the glamorous Met Gala.

Warner Bros released the trailer on Tuesday evening (IST). Debbie Ocean (that's right, sister of Danny Ocean played by George Clooney in original Ocean's trilogy) played by Oscar-winner Sandra Bullock gets out of prison on parole.

If only the prison bars could dampen her spirits. Out in the world, she puts together a team of highly-skilled women for a jewellery heist at the annual Met Gala in New York City. 

She finds her right hand Lou (Cate Blanchett), her costume maker Rose (Helena Bonham Carter), her techie Nine Ball (Rihanna), fake jewellery maker Amita (Mindy Kaling), trickster Constance (Awkwafina), and a former ally Tammy (Sarah Paulson). Their target is socialite Daphne Kluger (Anne Hathway) and her $150 million diamond necklace.

Maybe it's a subtle dig, Debbie gets the job done with mere seven members in her team unlike her brother Danny who needed a dozen and more as the franchise grew.

Matt Damon's character Linus will be the common factor here because of his cameo.

The movie is filled with such star-studded cameos starting from Vogue editor legendary Anna Wintour, reality TV star Kim Kardashian West, designers like Zac Posen, Alexander Wang, supermodels like Kendall Jenner, Hailey Baldwin, singer Zayn Malik among others.

Directed by Gary Ross of The Hunger Games, Ocean's 8 is set to release on June 8, 2018.
