Jeremy Renner, two-time Oscar-nominee who plays Hawkeye in MCU, has shared a lot of images and videos from the sets of Infinity War and the untitled fourth Avengers movie. Images of him wearing new costume have also leaked. So where is Hawkeye and why is he not part of this promotional storm before the release of the movie?

Director duo Anthony and Joe Russo have finally talked about Hawkeye.

In an interview with Joe.ie, Joe Russo said, "We keep saying, ‘Patience is a virtue.’ We did not forget the twice-nominated Jeremy Renner. We cooked up a story for him that is a little bit of a long play. Not a short play."

"All be revealed," continued Anthony Russo.

Explaining what Infinity War is all about, Russo Brothers talked about three things.

1. 'It's a smash-and-grab heist movie.' They said that Thanos is on ticking clock because once the word gets out he is collecting Infinity Stones, forces of the universe are going to line up to stop him.

2. The movie will also lean into the surrogate father-daughter relationship between Thanos and Gamora.

3. Infinity War carries effects of Captain America: Civil War.' This means, it will be a while before Tony Stark and Steve Rogers get talking to each other.

So fans of Hawkeye, be patient until movie release on April 27.
