The over two-minutes-long trailer was released by directors Russo Brothers-- Joe and Anthony-- on their official Twitter handle.

Captain America – Seen in trailer crying and mourning his lost comrades, something he does have experience with. The Winter Soldier suit also appears to have come back
Iron Man – Stuck in space and thinks he’s about to die.
Thor – Rocking an Eminem-style hoodie and looking despondent like he lost a rap battle to Star Lord (then realises Star Lord is gone)
Black Widow – With Steve, holding Steve Rodger’s compass. Does it mean Steve is going to die? OMG
Hawkeye – He appears to have become an assassin after losing his family and has embraced his alter ego Ronin.
Hulk/Bruce Banner – Mourning his lost comrades including Shuri.
War Machine/ James Rhodes – Not seen in trailer
Rocket – Not seen in trailer, believed to be alive
Nebula – Two different shots show her mourning Gamora.
Ant-Man – Shows up in the trailer, even though at times it appears to be archive footage. He had disappeared in the Quantum Realm.
Okoye – Not seen in trailer
M’Baku – Not seen in trailer
Captain Marvel – Not seen in trailer, but she’s definitely alive and coming to kick some ass.
Those who died before the snap:
Loki: Killed by Thanos in Infinity War. He will however be seen in Avengers 4, which could very well be a flashback scene.
Heimdall: Murdered by Thanos and his children when they invade Thor’s ship. Before dying he opens up a portal to send Bruce Banner/Hulk to earth to warn them about the impending doom.
Gamora: Perhaps the most emotional death in the movie, when it’s revealed that Thanos loves her like a daughter but will have to sacrifice her to possess the Soul Stone.
Vision: Wanda destroys the Infinity Stone inside Vision’s head but Thanos rewinds time and crushes his head before taking the Infinity Stone. A colourless Vision is left lifeless.
