FAUG, the rival of PUBG Mobile India was finally launched on January 26 and the game was downloaded close to 3 lakh times on Google Play Store.
FAUG (Fearless and United Guards) was finally launched after months of speculation on Republic Day 2021. The first episode was finally available on Google Play Store and within 24 hours, there have been close to three lakh downloads. There have been plenty of five-star ratings but there have also been many one-star ratings of the first episode in FAUG. The reviews of the game also stated that there was a need for additional graphics and also improvement in the game presentation as well. While many of the users gave five-star ratings to the game, they stressed several themes like additional graphics, fewer features, glitches in maps and other aspects of the game. However, there was support for the game as well with some users stating that this was only the first step in FAUG and that later updates would be much better.
For some of the reviews, Studio nCore Pvt Ltd responded individually to the users. In case of any technical issues related to FAUG, they responded, "We are working towards adding more content to the game and improving the gameplay experience. Hope you enjoy our future updates." For people who appreciated FAUG, they wrote, "Thank you for your support and feedback. Players like you motivate us to do better work and improve the game." There were even questions raised on combat aggressiveness in which soldiers are just waiting for the other to move, which is slightly off-putting for a game that was built on realistic episodes.
FAUG is expected to come up with more updates and the gaming environment as well as graphics is all set to improve in the coming versions. FAUG is one of the Make In India games that has been marketed as the rival of PUBG Mobile India, who face an uncertain future about their comeback following the Government of India staying the ban on PUBG Mobile and other 58 Chinese apps.
How to Download FAUG on your phone and desktop
Step 1: Go to Google Play Store and type FAUG. You will be able to download the game directly on your mobile or Desktop.
Step 2: The size of the game is 400 MB, which is about 270 MB less than PUBG Mobile India. It is light and it will not occupy too much space on your system.
Step 3: Currently, FAUG has no update on IoS and it is available only on Android devices
