Battlegrounds Mobile India is hugely popular among gamers since its launch on July 2. After almost a year of being banned, PUBG Mobile returned to India in an all-new avatar. However, the game has been launched for Android users only as of now. The iOS version of the game is yet to be launched.
Battlegrounds Mobile India has garnered more than 10 million downloads on the Play Store since its launch.
Krafton does have a plan to bring an iOS version of the game, however, the details of the same are yet to be made public. It is now speculated that the game will launch on iOS later in July.
Krafton's FAQ section, however, mentioned that it is developing the iOS version of Battlegrounds Mobile India but the South Korean company did not give a particular date for the release. It is to be noted that the release of the main version of Battlegrounds Mobile India will follow the trial version. It is unlikely that Battlegrounds Mobile India would arrive on the iPhone anytime soon.
The discussion in the Battlegrounds Mobile community in India is that there is no confirmation over the release date of iOS version of Battlegrounds Mobile India. Popular gamers like Abhijeet Andhare, aka Ghatak, and Kronten Gaming, have also said that the iOS version of Battlegrounds Mobile India will not be released in the near future.
Krafton is focusing on bringing more of the Android players onboard, it seems. It recently kickstarted the Battlegrounds Mobile India launch party, offering a total prize pool of Rs 6 lakh to winners. - Download the game. The size of Battlegrounds Mobile is around 721MB. However, it may change depending on your handset and Android version.
- You need to have Android 5.1 or later and at least 2GB of RAM on your phone to be able to download Battlegrounds Mobile India.
- People with an early access version of Battlegrounds Mobile India need to update their app to get the new, official version
