We have had glimpses of this massive action scene between the Hulk and the Iron Man wearing his Hulkbuster suit in the trailers of The Avengers: Age of Ultron. The scene is expected to be one of the higlights of the action sequences in the films.
Marvel released an extended video of the scene at the MTV Movie Awards 2015 with almost 90 seconds of Hulkbusting goodness.
