Sam and Dean Winchester have come a long way since season 1. They've battled Gods, demons, angels, alphas, and even Lucifer himself. But things have changed over the last ten years—John Winchester is dead, Bobby Singer is dead, Sam and Dean were both in hell; and well, the CW promises that the best is yet to come.
Season 9 saw Dean take on the mark of Cain, and fight off the Knight of Hell Abaddon and the manevolent angel Metatron. And by the end of it, Dean was more demonic than he'd like to be. Season 10 will explore Dean as a demon, while Crowley mentoring him through the process. Leaving Sam and Castiel to figure out a way to make Dean human again.
