Twice the support
There’s definitely something about Akshay Kumar. At the special screening of his film Kambakht Ishq, the Khiladi wasn’t wanting for female support — joining him were both his favourite co-stars, Kareena Kapoor and Katrina Kaif. Earlier, in an interview, Akshay said he couldn’t pick a favourite and they both had ‘sexy bodies’ and were ‘wonderful actresses’. The well attended screening also saw a number of filmmakers mark their presence — Sajid Nadiadwala, Vipul Shah, David Dhawan and Nikhil Advani. After Chandni Chowk... and 8X10 Tasveer flopped, the success of this film is critical to Akshay and he’s pulling no punches.
