Dakota Fanning Born: February 23, 1994 Current love interest: No one Career:Fanning began acting at the age of five. Fanning subsequently had several guest roles on established television series, including CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, Friends, The Practice, Spin City and Malcolm in the Middle. She also portrayed the title characters of Ally McBeal and The Ellen Show as young girls. From then her career took off with movies like Man on Fire, War of the worlds, Charlotte's web etc. Controversy: In her latest movie 'Hound dog' the most controversial scene is said to show Fanning suffering a devastating rape at the hands of an older boy who tempts her with Elvis tickets.People were concerned about such a young actress playing the role of a rape victim.
Elle Fanning Born: April 9, 1998 Current love interest: No one Career: Fanning began her acting career by playing the younger version of her older sister Dakota's characters in both the mini-series Taken and the movie I am Sam. In 2002, at the age of four, Fanning won her first role independent of her sister, in the comedy Daddy Day Care. In 2003, Fanning filmed The Door in the Floor opposite Jeff Bridges and Kim Basinger. Anecdotal evidence of her young skill was seen in the decision to cast her in the role of Ruth in The Door in the Floor. By the end of 2006, Fanning began to book lead roles.
