Ritu Kumar launched her new fashion store and showcased a collection which embraces several ladies from the Mahabharata. Anushka Sharma who was the showstopper at the event wore a lehenga with a look strongly reminiscent of Punjab. Seen coming in to celebrate with the designer were Reena Wadhwa, Shaheen Abbas, Sangita Sinh Kathiwada, Nisha Jhaveri and Kriti Soni among others. While the fashion show was brief, guests liked the idea of the several fully dressed mannequins scattered across the store that made the process of selecting dresses much simpler.
