Heartbreaker
In this 2010 French film, Alex (Romain Duris), his sister and her husband specialise in splitting up couples. When they get hired by a rich man to break up the wedding of his daughter Juliette (Vanessa Paradis), Alex poses as her bodyguard, finds out everything she likes and then proceeds to discreetly woo her himself. His sister and brother-in-law help create the situations that will help Juliette fall for Alex. But when Alex realises that she is quite happy in her relationship, he gets conflicted. He never breaks up a couple if both partners are happy, but in this case he’s started to fall for Juliette himself.
