Colbie has got romance in her voice and she exploits it to its potential in this album.

Light as a feather

Colbie has put together a group of writers in Hawaii to write possible songs for this album. Out of the 50 songs that were written, Colbie picked up 13. The catch is all the songs sound similar -- not a good thing when you have a voice like Colbie.

I Won't, Falling For You, Droplets (featuring her frequent contributor Jason Reeves), Breakthrough and others make you feel as light as a feather on a breezy day. It's an album for a pleasant Sunday afternoon. But you might get bored by the end of it, as all the songs start sounding the same after a point. So Colbie's Breakthrough is for light hearing.
And despite the lack of variation, Colbie makes you feel good about life with this one.
