l_shanaya@dnaindia.netWith stress levels on the rise in Mumbai, some concerned citizens have taken it upon themselves to show people the way to change their lifestyles.

Shaina NC, one such concerned citizen, is very excited about a camp that she (through her father's organisation, I Love Mumbai) and others like the Giants Group of Chowpatty and the Malabar Hill Residents Association are organising.

"The areas surroundings Hanging Gardens will be the perfect location for us to spread the message of aspiring towards a healthier living," she says.

DNA supports the event for better mental and bodily health.
The organisers are expecting about 500 people to participate in this five-day yoga camp. They'll be guided by guru Rajesh-ji through a series of aasanas, breathing techniques, meditations and relaxation techniques all to help curb the ever-increasing occupational stress.

"This package is designed to give a person complete rejuvenation," says the guruji of the yogic stress management program.

Having been a student of the guruji himself, Shaina is confident that his techniques will bowl the crowd over. Well-known names like Rakshanda Khan, Samir Dattani and Rashmi Uday Singh are all expected to participate in the camp.
