Fox had publicly bashed the rapper after their split and derided their relationship as "ghetto love."
However, the duo was seen chatting on the set of the video for 50 cent's new single on Governors Island, reports The New York Post.
"They were very cordial and friendly," a source said, adding, "I guess the animosity has faded."
Meanwhile, Fox has vowed never to date rappers after her bitter split.
