Spirituality is a way to connect to the higher self : Vinod Singh

Spirituality is a word which often tends to make people think about religion and religious deeds. Being spiritual does not mean that you are going to places where you can worship and do rituals.

Like someone said religion is a form of spirituality “where religion ends, spirituality begins”.

Spirituality means connecting with other  humans and nature, knowing the real or the deepest values of life. We also become spiritual when we are moved by values like love, creativity or beauty, it seems to reveal a meaning beyond our visible world. For me it’s a way to connect to the higher self  too but its more like a journey to find myself and know myself.

And i feel all this by doing my work honestly. For me, my work is a way to connect to the almighty  and being spiritual .
