Shah Rukh Khan and Salman Khan prefer to remain silent

Sources close to both the Khans —  Shah Rukh and Salman say that both are tired of being confronted with questions about each other when they step out in public.

 

“Yeah, I wish him well. Next question please,” said Shah Rukh when asked about the other Khan. The contours of Shah Rukh’s face immediately changes the moment Salman Khan is mentioned. It would seem like he’d rather face questions on 2G scam accused film producer Karim Morani than Salman. Though Shah Rukh can’t stop anybody asking him about Salman, he has decided to move on to the next topic at the mention of Salman Khan.

 

Salman is even more sarcastic when asked if SRK had seen his  latest release. He said, “My producers want to show Shah Rukh the film if he has no objection so that he knows what he is missing out on.” According to those close to him, he has decided to answer all questions about Shah Rukh in a tongue-in-cheek fashion, but it’s getting on his nerves. “Can’t people stop asking me about him (SRK)? Is there nothing else they want to ask me?”

Salman Khan was heard saying to one of his associates after a public event. “Please don’t ask Bhai anything about Shah Rukh, he gets irritated,” one of his associates was heard pleading.

 

But here’s a good news: both the stars have finally softened their stand towards each other. While Shah Rukh has always been conciliatory, Salman Khan no longer bristles at the mention of the former. Could this be a start of something new?
