'Sex And The City' stars face £1.6 million fine if they reveal plot

Sarah Jessica Parker’s Sex And The City co-stars face a fine of a whopping £1.6 million if they reveal the film’s plot before its release later this month.

The actress, who co-produced the sequel, said the film would fail at the box office if the public got a whiff of the plot.

She allegedly forced fellow actresses Kim Cattrall, 53, Kristin Davis, 45, and Cynthia Nixon, 43, to sign an agreement to keep their lips zipped.

They face massive fines of £1.6 million if they breach the contract.

Parker, 45, who plays Carrie Bradshaw, got the wind up after Britain-born Cattrall was photographed holding a copy of the script, with some words clearly visible.

Cattrall was infuriated after she was given a rollicking when the snaps were plastered over the Internet.

“This isn’t state secrets, it’s the f--- script for a movie! I’ve signed my life away to say I won’t tell,” the Daily Star quoted the fuming actress as saying.

Parker is also said to have slapped gag orders on the crew. “To say that she is paranoid about this film would be a huge understatement," a source said. "She has had a few movie flops and is desperate to keep her crown as a serious actress and producer.

“She knows Sex And The City has a massive following and that a lot of fans would do literally anything to find out what happens.”
