Actress Scarlett Johansson was spotted wearing a pear-shaped diamond ring on her engagement finger, sparking rumours that she is engaged to her French boyfriend Romain Dauriac, reports dailymail.co.uk.

The couple began dating in November after being introduced by mutual friends, just weeks after the actress split from Nate Taylor, her boyfriend of one year.

Johansson was previously said to have been desperate to keep her relationship with Dauriac under wraps since they met.

The 28-year-old actress was previously married to Ryan Reynolds for two years before their divorce was finalised June 2011.
