Ryan Reynolds has officially filed for divorce from wife Scarlett Johansson in Los Angeles superior court.
The news comes as no surprise to fans of the couple, as the A-listers announced their break-up earlier this month after just two years of marriage, reports People magazine.
Despite rumors of infidelity, an insider said that the break-up was "definitely" not based on a third party, and Reynolds and Johannson have maintained their split is amicable, reports the New York Daily News.
"We entered our relationship with love and It's with love and kindness we leave it," they said in a joint statement.
The private pair was married in an under-the-radar ceremony in Canada in 2008.
