Quiet Easter for Ileana D’Cruz this year

Actress Ileana D’Cruz, who has been busy for most part of the year shooting for Barfi, with actors Ranbir Kapoor and Priyanka Chopra, is super-upset as she is going to be missing out on all the Easter celebrations this year. Ileana is soon to make her debut in B-Town and is working doubly hard to ensure that her first impression is the best one. She has been attending workshops, polishing her diction and building a rapport with Ranbir, to look convincing on screen. The actor is a huge star in the South and would always make it a point to celebrate Easter, Christmas and New Year’s Eve with her family.

But this time, however, she is away from home, working on the film. A source close to her reveals, “Ileana is a family person and is very close to her folks. Though she is a big name in the South, she is extremely dedicated when it comes to her work. She is not able to take time out from her hectic schedule this time and is upset that she won’t be meeting her family. Each year, she heads to Goa with her family and close friends to celebrate the festival. She has a house in Goa and celebrates most festivals there, but this time she won’t be able to make it. She is going to miss out on all the fun.”

Celebrations apart, Ileana is looking forward to the release of her debut film, which is scheduled to release in July. Putting to rest all rumours about an alleged fallout with Priyanka, the source close to her says, “Ileana and PC are starring in the same film, so obviously there are bound to be some rumours emerging from the sets.” But sources insist that Ileana is a very friendly person and cordial with everyone on the sets and does not have any issues with anyone. “Ileana hasn’t even spoken about the alleged fallouts because she does not want to add fuel to the fire. Plus, she is under contract and cannot talk to anyone about the project until the film’s promotions begin.”
