Priyanka Chopra’s surprise bash!

On Friday night, actor Priyanka Chopra was in for a surprise. On returning from work she discovered that her parents had organised a bash for her.

A source close to Priyanka informs, “Her family members and close friends who came down from the USA and the UK, decided to do something special in honour of Priyanka. And what better than throwing a surprise bash. As she got back after the promotions of Barfi! there was a surprise party waiting for her. Priyanka was totally taken aback as she wasn’t expecting it, but was simply overjoyed to see people close to her feeling so proud of her achievements.”

It’s a double whammy for Priyanka as she celebrates her successful debut single (In My City) launch, as well as her film Barfi! opening to a critically acclaimed response. The bash couldn’t have been on any other day as she leaves for LA soon.
