Priyanka Chopra in tears

Seems like actor Priyanka Chopra’s woes aren’t limited to her IT troubles alone.

According to a source, the star had quite a painful experience while shooting for her forthcoming Vishal Bhardwaj film in which her character ages on screen with time.

The source reveals that for a sequence, Chopra had to use prosthetic make-up to play a much-older woman. “The prosthetic make-up sticks on like a second skin to the surface, however, the make-up guys forgot to apply the basic cream on the face before that, which ensures that the make-up doesn’t affect the skin. And while the shooting went smoothly, it was only during the time to remove the make-up that the troubles started,” said the source.

Apparently, Chopra was in so much pain when the make-up was being removed that she actually started crying and a doctor was referred to on the phone.

“She was in great pain and her skin suffered greatly, but Priyanka bore it bravely even though she was in tears. She applied cold compresses though the night to soothe it. And though her skin still felt sore, Priyanka reported the next day on time. But this time she made sure that extra cream was applied first,” added the source.
