ShareMumbai: Rupa Ganguly who is busy playing Kaushalya in Zee TV's Agle Janam Mohe Bitiyan Hi Kijo revealed a new side to the unit members. Recently when the unit was busy shooting Ratan Rajput, the lead actor, found out that Rupa actually knows the job of an electrician quite well.
Ratan was quite distressed as her room's AC and cooler weren't working due to some problems in the connections. She was thinking of calling an electrician. Her co-star Rupa happened to be in the same room and when she found this out, she fixed the wires in minutes' time.
Ratan says, "Even the production house tried to mend it a few times but in vain."
She adds, "When Rupa-ji came to my make room a few days ago she was appalled by the heat inside. When she asked on what went wrong with the AC, she corrected it in no time."
Rupa was quite amused when quizzed about it. She says, "It was just an unplugged wire. It's like watching the wires carefully and fixing it."
She adds that she has been doing it since her school days. " When I was a kid, I use to be very fascinated with electrical equipment and use to open all the appliances at home to understand the mechanics," she ends.
