Amitabh Bachchan is slated to undergo a surgery for an abdominal pain, which has been bothering him of late, at the Seven Hills Hospital, Marol, on Saturday.
Having faced stomach complications before and earlier detected with cirrhosis of the liver (condition where normal liver tissue is damaged), Bachchan will undergo surgery tomorrow related to his previous stomach issues, the hospital said in a release.
The release quoted Amitabh as saying about his body: ‘It’s a war zone, my body… and one which has been through a great deal and still does.’
