Mumbai Heroes selects team

Mumbai Heroes, the Bollywood team of the Celebrity Cricket League (CCL), have zeroed in on the 16 finalists for their first match of the third season. The matches will start from tomorrow followed by a grand opening ceremony in Kochi.

Mumbai Heroes, led by Suniel Shetty, will take on Kerala Strikers which is captained by Mohanlal.

Aftab Shivdasani has been named the vice-captain of the team, while the other selected players are Bobby Deol, Apoorva Lakhia, Sonu Sood, Raja Bherwani, Kabir Sadanand, Amit Purohit, Shabbir Ahluwalia, Sachin Joshi, Indraneil Sengupta, Yash Tonk, Varun Badola, Sunny Singh, Aditya Roy Kapur, and Tushar Jalota. The team is said to be rather excited despite playing on the homeground of their rivals.
