Late King of Pop Michael Jackson's fans are fighting for the access to the singer' grave after cemetery officials imposed strict rules to visit.

The fan group called 'Justice4MJ' plans to make a visit to the singer's mausoleum at Forest Lawn Cemetery in Glendale, California on 25 June (10) to mark his first death anniversary.

But they're fighting with authorities who are cracking down on the number of mourners paying their respects at the site.

Guards have been instructed to ask anyone who is loitering in the grounds to leave, according to TMZ.com.

A rep for the 'Justice4MJ' group has requested authoritative to "take into consideration" the large number of fans who will be traveling from across the globe for the day, reports the Daily Express.

The younger brother of MJ, Randy Jackson, is supporting the mourners and has asked officials to hand out permits to visitors to the burial place.
