Who: Agatha Kongkal Sangma is the daughter of former Lok Sabha Speaker PA Sangma.
What: At 28, she is the youngest MP and minister of the 2009 Lok Sabha.
Background: Agatha is a law graduate registered with the Delhi Bar Council and her qualifications include a Masters in Environmental Management from School of Geography, Nottingham University, UK.
Family: Both her brothers — Conrad and James — are members of the Meghalaya assembly.
