Look how Priyanka Chopra plays it safe

Considering how talks about the gehri dosti between actors Priyanka Chopra and Shah Rukh Khan has been gaining ground, it’s come to light that PC has now imposed a ban on people asking her questions about SRK. Her publicists, sources say, have been instructed by the actor to ensure that nobody gets to ask any question about SRK.

“Priyanka will talk about anything under the sun, but not a word about Shah Rukh Khan. If anybody wants to talk to the actor, her publicist will first get in touch with them to ask what would the questions be about. Then will come a warning, ‘Priyanka won’t talk to you ever if you ask a question on Shah Rukh Khan’. She won’t talk about him,’ the publicist would say. Even if you wriggle past that line and manage to ask the question to Priyanka, she just wouldn’t answer,” says a source.

This clampdown on questions was earlier reserved about actor Shahid Kapoor who she was allegedly seeing a few months back. “She would say ‘I don’t want to talk about my personal life,’ whenever you would drop a question about Shahid. Now, the same response and plan of action is reserved for SRK.

Interestingly, the clampdown on Shahid no longer seems to be there,” the source adds.

According to sources, SRK’s wife Gauri Khan is extremely upset with Priyanka after rumours of them getting rather pally broke out and even chose not to speak to her at the Eid party hosted at Mannat. “Priyanka is extremely jittery about SRK. The gushing, mushy giggles that used to come from her at the very mention of his name are all gone now. Now, what you get is a stare and a cold silence,” the source adds.
