A waitress punched Lindsay Lohan when she was partying with rugby star Danny Cipriani on her 24th birthday.
"A waitress just hit me - punched me for no reason," the New York Daily News quoted Lohan complaining on Twitter.
A worker at West Hollywood hotspot Voyeur, Jasmine Waltz, 27, was reportedly hooked up with Cipriani, 22, weeks earlier and flew into a rage when she spied Lohan cozying up to him.
"Danny was all over Lindsay and completely ignoring Jasmine. That's when Jasmine got angry at Lindsay and hauled off and hit her," a source told X17online.com.
However, Voyeur managers have fired the buxom brunette, TMZ.com reported.
"I'm OK now," Lohan, 24, told Radar Online after the dustup.
