Lady Gaga planning fairytale Christmas wedding in British castle

Poker Face singer Lady Gaga has revealed that she wants to tie the knot with her boyfriend Luc Carl and is planning a fairytale wedding in a British castle.

Gaga, 24, wants to get married when her world tour returns to the UK in December, and a senior member of her road crew has said the singer wants a lavish winter ceremony in the British countryside.

The latest European leg of her Monster Ball Tour in Helsinki begins on October 13 and it arrives back in London for shows at the O2 Arena on December 16 and 17.

She plans to use the two months break she has, before hitting the road in the US, to wed club promoter Carl.

"Lady GaGa has told everyone she plans to get married. She has said she wants a fairytale wedding in a castle," the Sun quoted the crewmember as saying.

"We finish the European leg in London just before Christmas and the timing is perfect for the wedding," the member stated.

Gaga wants to arrive in a horse-drawn carriage for her castle ceremony in England or Scotland over the festive season.
