Actress Katrina Kaif’s latka-jhatkas and her hot svelte body have made her one of the most sought after heroines in the industry. But the actor, who has been voted as the sexiest woman, time and again, feels that more than losing weight, maintaining it is a far bigger challenge. Especially, for Katrina, who has never ever been skinny. Says Katrina,“I try to exercise whenever I can and  eat in moderation. I eat healthy food but sometimes I indulge myself with a pizza, ice cream and cakes but that’s alright occasionally, as you should not deprive your body of anything. I have learnt to be comfortable in my body.”

Katrina, who is also one of the most desired item girls of B-town, has not only maintained her figure but also toiled to get the dance moves right. A source close to the star says, “Today her item songs are most popular  on the charts, be it Sheila ki jawaani or Chikni Chameli. Though people see the dance moves they are not  aware of the efforts she has taken to make it here. She was a non-dancer and hardly knew to shake a leg, but her constant attempts to better her act have made it possible. Her body is not very flexible but she needs to do some difficult stunts in her upcoming film Dhoom 3, so she is really training hard to do some action sequences.”
