Post a minor surgical procedure Katrina Kaif underwent at Breach Candy —attributed to her low hemoglobin levels — the pretty actor is on a break now to recuperate.
Though Katrina herself was unavailable for comment because she's been advised complete bedrest for a while, her spokesperson issued a statement: “Katrina has just been discharged from Breach Candy hospital and she’s completely fine. Because of the low hemoglobin levels in her system, she had to undergo a small surgical procedure. It’s done with now and she’s resting at home after which she will take off for her annual Christmas break.”
There are some reports that Salman Khan was present at Breach Candy when Kat was getting operated. None of her other friends or co-stars made their presence felt.
Rumour mills are agog with speculation about the nature of the 'surgical procedure'.
A lady who said she was the medical director of Breach Candy said, "We cannot divulge details about our patients to anyone. She has gone through a minor surgery, the details of which can't be disclosed. But she is fine now."
