International celebrities also condemn Mumbai blasts

International celebs too were not far behind in doing their bit when terror struck Mumbai. Hollywood actor, Tom Cruise retweeted his Indian fan’s request to a “pray for victims of bomb blast in Mumbai.”

Bestselling writer Paulo Coehlo too retweeted helpline numbers for those affected by the blast in the city.

Ontario Premier Dalton McGuinty, who recently hosted Bollywood’s IIFA awards in Toronto, was also shocked by the terror attacks in Mumbai.

“Here in Ontario, we are fortunate to have a community that traces their roots back to India and maintains strong ties with family and friends still there. And on days like this, those ties bring us closer together, through shared grief and resolve to stand up to the forces of hate,” he’s reported to have said.
