Indian men are hot: Pamela Anderson

Blonde bombshell Pamela Anderson tells DNA about her India plans and why she’s disappointed her new PETA campaign has been rated too racy to show at airports.

Indian men are hot: Pamela Anderson
Her new campaign for PETA won’t be shown at CNN Airport Network because it’s got smoke coming out of even American’s ears.

The spot, which showed Pamela Anderson as a scantily clad airport security guard who strips passengers of animal products, was to debut tomorrow at all three Gotham-area airports, and later in the other 45 major airports. Not that Pam has given up hope. “Well, it can still be used as in-flight entertainment,” she says.

Apparently the network told PETA it was "particularly sensitive because children make up part of the demographic in airports." Pamela is disappointed “because travelers won’t get to see the message that wearing animal skins is outdated and cruel.”

The sexy model and actor has been a dedicated campaigner against cruelty to animals, kicking home the message with several controversial ads. She once posed in a G-string in designer Stella McCartney's London boutique to urge fashionistas to stop wearing fur. Pamela believes shock advertising is the only way forward.

“Oftentimes, the only way people will pay attention to an issue is if you do something wacky or controversial, but you know, what is more controversial to me is how animals are treated on factory farms and fur farms,” she told After Hrs. “The businesses PETA fights can be ruthless, so they have to be strong. PETA is tough and tenacious, yet still sexy. I think we're a perfect match!”

For now, the pin-up babe is gearing up for a new mission. “I'm about to launch a cruelty-free fashion line with designer Richie Rich,” she announces.

Pamela also revealed she’s got plans for India. “I’m really looking forward to coming to India,” she gushed. “And I’d also love to be in a Bollywood movie.” What’s her opinion about Indian men? “Indian men are hot! Especially the vegetarian ones. You know, nothing is hotter than compassion.”
