Mumbai: There is an imposter alert in TV actor Aamir Ali's life. Someone has opened a fake account in his name on a social networking site. Posing as the actor, the person has added on Aamir's friends as well as fans. After a round of interaction with his friends, the imposter is abusing them left, right and centre. Aamir has been getting calls from the humiliated people who are asking him the reason for his misbehaviour. Now, the actor is planning to report this to a police station and cyber crime cell.

A person posing as Aamir Ali adds his friends on a social networking site and then abuses them; the actor plans to file a police complaint.

"I don't know who this person is. I have been getting calls from my friends and colleagues for the past seven days. They are very disturbed that this person has added them by flashing my picture and then after talking to them has started mouthing filthy expletives," Aamir says.

He adds, "These people have called me up and asked me why I'm doing this to them which has made me sad as well as angry. This is like tampering my image in front of my near and dear ones and industry people. Someone is hell bent on damaging my image."

Aamir says the imposter has even sent him a friend request in his original account on the same social networking site. "The person wants to tell me why he is doing this but I don't want to add this person on. Then he could write anything on my wall and will get access to all my friends and pictures. Thus, this person can do more damage that what has already been done so far," Aamir ends.
