Hollywood actress Halle Berry is selling off her Beverly Hills home she bought in 2001 for more than twice what she paid for it, according to internet reports.
Berry bought the Benedict Canyon Drive property for 1.4 million pounds eight years ago, when she married singer Eric Benet, reports The Daily Star
However, according to RealEstalker.com, she has put the property up for sale at 3.1 million pounds. The property features two bedrooms, two bathrooms, landscaped gardens and stone spa.
The home also comes with vaulted heavy wood-beamed ceilings, wood floors, fireplaces, a dramatic staircase and a gourmet cook's kitchen.
