The glowing mother-to-be, actor Lara Dutta is as excited about taking on the new role of mommy as starting work on a new film.
Talking about her impending pregnancy she says, “It is a great feeling. Being a mother is one of the most beautiful experiences a woman goes through. Getting married and having a baby would be the best decisions of my life, so far.” The actor who is in the final trimester of her pregnancy was spotted at events and movie screenings. Clearly, pregnancy has not deterred the pretty actor from having fun. The actor who has been very active on Twitter, recently posted, Have enjoyed being a couch potato all evening, but Saturday night is calling so time to put on a nice dress and hit the town!”
While Lara has been spotted showing off her baby bump on numerous occasions, she has also been resting at home. For the Christmas, her entire family flew down from Bengaluru to be with her. Since she is at home most of the time, she has also been on a reading spree, so much so that, at times, she has read a book throughout midnight and early morning. She tweeted about this as well, “Note to self: Learn when to put down a book when reading before bed time! How did the night get so short?” Besides reading, making the house baby ready has been on Lara and Mahesh’s ageda for quite sometime now. Lara says.
“Though we do not know if it going to be a boy or a girl, we are prepared and happy with either. We just want to make sure it is a healthy baby.”
