Rahman who is himself well-renowned for his compositions worldwide, has collaborated with a lot of international artistes including the legendary Mick Jagger,  and is a huge fan of the music band and was influenced by their music.

A source close to Rahman says, “Rahman loves music and Bee Gees was one of his favourite music bands. He could relate to their music and was a big fan of their music. He had even met him on one of his trips abroad and has kept in touch with him ever since. It is a huge personal loss for him.”
