The 26-year-old's wardrobe malfunction was said to be her second slip-up after she failed to turn up on time at an awards bash earlier, reports the Sun.
Amy was due to present a trophy to The Specials at the Q Awards at London's Grosvenor House Hotel.
But the star went missing during the time and later appeared on the stage just as the band was leaving.
